Practicing for nearly 20 years, Carly has a focus on strong representation with practical advice on how to achieve the best outcome for your whānau.

Carly is approved as Lawyer for Child and works mainly within this role. She has experience with Hague Convention proceedings and acts for the Central Authority in these matters also. She has appeared in the Criminal, Family, and High Court.

Born and raised in the Manawatu/Rangitikei, and completing her study in Law at Otago University, she is the mum of two young boys.

Nicole graduated from Canterbury University in 2010.

Beginning her career as in house counsel for Oranga Tamariki, she moved to specialise in Family Law seeing a need for robust representation for families in need.

Nicole is approved as Lawyer for Child and provides high level quality representation for all her clients.

She has appeared in the Criminal, Family, and High Court.

Nicole is from Whangārei and resides in the Manawatu with her family.

Originally from Wellington, Jo studied at the University of Otago and Victoria University of Wellington, completing a BA in 2017 and her LLB in 2022.

Following a brief career in the public sector, and in the UK, Jo commenced her legal career in the Manawatu.

Jo’s focus is on party work, providing key advice while building strong relationships with clients to navigate the Family Court.
